Recreational trails and hikes (no timing) in the Montségur valley.

An 18km trail, a 10km trail and a 9km hike. This is a leisurely, friendly event (no timing). The majority of the routes are on local footpaths, allowing you to discover little-known aspects of the Montségur valley. They provide a special view of the area's special features (the Soularac and Saint Barthélémy peaks, the Frau massif, the village and the château). Refreshments are available on all routes. Great atmosphere provided by all participants and volunteers.
