* RECONNECTING WITH YOURSELF:

1-hour session to release stress, come back to yourself, refocus and be more in harmony with your own essence....

This animation is characterized by a series of deep-breathing exercises enabling you to rediscover a specific calm that will enable you to feel in full possession of your power.

Short duration, concentrated intensity, renewed vitality.....

The "all-in-one" configuration to find yourself and recharge your batteries....

Cost per participant: 30€.

Duration: 1h.

* REJUVENATING OUTINGS:

During walks among the trees and in the woods, I lead you to feel our own bodies, through breathing exercises. Moments of relaxation and pure introspection, the benefits can be numerous (improved oxygenation of the body; improved breathing; evacuation of stress, etc.).

Cost per participant: €40.

Approximate duration: 2h00 to 2h30.

* BREATHING WALKS:

A variation on the breathing outings, breathing walks focus on the breathing to be adopted according to the situation and terrain covered.

They can be performed on gentle to very uneven terrain, and generate special inner perceptions.

Cost per participant: €25.

Approximate duration: 1h.

* ACCOMPANIMENT / FOREST BATHS:

Accompany people into the forest to discover a raw, sensitive, calm and relaxing environment. A moment that will enable you to perceive trees as 'beings' participating, alongside us, in the life of the Earth.

Cost per participant: €20.

Approximate duration: 1h30.

* FAMILY' AFTERNOON:

So that the whole family can fully enjoy a few hours in the forest, while sharing feelings with each other (based on the 'Breathing Outings').

All-inclusive costs:

- 1 adult + 2/3 children: 40€;

- 2 adults + 2/3 children: 60€.

Approximate duration: 1h30.

* GLOBAL DAY:

A full day among trees and nature...to feel our inner resonance through the various exercises proposed by "L'ENVOL".

The packed lunch will be a privileged moment to share your feelings together....

Cost per participant: 80€.

Duration: approx. 7 hours.

* BIRTHDAY GOUTERS:

Fun and musical entertainment for children, because breathing can also be shared as a game. Laughter and fun guaranteed...

Cost per 1h service: 30€.

* SCHOOL EVENTS:

Interventions directly linked to the educational program deployed by teachers, presenting the forest and trees through various playful breathing exercises and observations.

Classes: kindergarten to CM2.

Duration: to be adapted to the number of students involved.

Cost: to be agreed with teachers.

All interventions must be organized in advance with the school's management.
